About the role

Nova Solutions is looking for a Chinese‑speaking specialist to design, deliver, and support training on business software systems and related operational processes. The role involves translating complex software functionalities into clear, actionable guidance for employees.

Key responsibilities

Organise and conduct training sessions on business software and operational procedures.
Explain software functionality, workflows and best practices to end‑users.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to users after training.
Process and manage information using specialised information‑processing software.
Prepare training materials, operating instructions and documentation.

Required profile

Excellent command of Chinese and good command of English.
Relevant professional experience in a similar training or support role.
Strong communication, organisational and training abilities.

Required skills

Strong skills in information processing and support services.
Proficiency with specialised software used for information processing.
