Executive Assistant

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to serve as the primary liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders. You will ensure seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and flawless execution of executive initiatives in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external parties, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
• Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and other communications.
• Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and executive gatherings, preparing agendas and tracking action items.
• Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documentation as required.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Assist with occasional personal errands and administrative tasks for executives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in an assistant, project coordination, or combined operations role.
• Experience supporting high‑level executives in office management or executive coordination is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Russian is required.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and independent work capabilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills
