Food Services Supervisor

About the role

The Food Services Supervisor ensures that the dining area operates smoothly, staff work as a cohesive team, and guests receive high‑quality service. This full‑time, onsite position is based at 1 King Pap Street in Yerevan and involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining standards, and supporting the management team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff to deliver optimal service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming, attire, and overall appearance of team members.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and securing the facility.
• Maintain storage organization, apply FIFO principles, and ensure cleanliness.
• Conduct inventories, stock supplies, and requisition needed items.
• Monitor dining room seating, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Complete work orders for maintenance and repairs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.
• Enforce company safety, security, and fairness policies.
• Welcome guests, address service needs, and provide assistance to individuals with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant food‑service experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
