Tour Manager – Guided Tours & Travel Coordination

About the role

The Tour Manager will be based in Yerevan and will oversee guided tours and travel packages from start to finish. This full‑time, on‑site position involves planning detailed itineraries, coordinating transportation and accommodation, and ensuring a seamless experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and create detailed tour itineraries, arrange transport, hotels and transfers.
• Communicate with travelers, local partners and service providers, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Manage bookings, monitor tour schedules and keep travel documentation up to date.
• Provide on‑ground support, information and assistance to guests throughout their journey.
• Collect guest feedback, identify improvement opportunities and collaborate on new travel offerings.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in Armenian and English.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities for unexpected situations.
• Knowledge of tourism operations, local destinations in Armenia and basic travel logistics.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as tour schedules demand.
• Previous experience in tour management, travel agency or hospitality is preferred.
• Relevant education in tourism, hospitality, business or a related field is beneficial.
