Senior Product Designer, B2B Lifecycle

About the role

Tabby is building a modern money app for businesses across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the B2B Lifecycle experience, guiding partners from onboarding through activation and ongoing product use.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end onboarding and activation flows for business partners, from first entry to a fully active account.
• Transform a document‑heavy, regulated process into a clear, guided experience with transparent statuses and meaningful feedback.
• Create activation experiences for financial products that explain availability, value and usage in plain language.
• Build tools that let partners manage organizational structures, teams, roles and permissions within the product.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to translate business requirements into design solutions.
• Work with UX Researchers to validate assumptions and with a UX Writer to make complex content readable.
• Partner with engineering throughout delivery and ensure high‑quality production output.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience, especially on complex, logic‑heavy products.
• Strong systems thinking and comfort with multi‑step approvals, verification logic and regulatory constraints.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with product, research, writing and engineering teams.
• Experience designing B2B onboarding, activation or enterprise workflows.
