Visual Merchandiser

About the role

The Visual Merchandiser will work in the Megamall store, creating and maintaining attractive in‑store layouts and window displays that support AFG Retail Armenia’s brand and sales objectives. This full‑time, on‑site position requires regular presence on the sales floor and occasional work outside standard hours for major displays.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, and set up seasonal and promotional product displays on shelves, stands, and windows.
• Ensure signage, pricing, and product information are clear and accurate.
• Collaborate with store management and sales teams to support product launches and optimise customer flow.
• Maintain visual standards and update displays regularly to keep the shopping experience fresh.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Retail experience with an understanding of store operations and visual standards.
• Attention to detail, organisational ability and capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Armenian; working knowledge of English or Russian is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of design principles and familiarity with visual merchandising trends.
• Ability to design and implement creative window displays and in‑store visual concepts.
