Accountant

About the role

The company is looking for a qualified Accountant to manage its full accounting cycle, handle cash and bank operations, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The role involves both routine bookkeeping and strategic financial analysis to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the company's accounting records and general ledger.
• Process cash transactions, manage cash registers, and reconcile daily cash flow.
• Handle bank transactions in both local currency and foreign exchange.
• Prepare internal management reports and financial statements.
• Manage debtor and creditor accounts, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Calculate payroll and produce internal payroll reports.
• Execute import and export transaction entries.
• Compile tax and statistical reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of Armenian tax legislation and statistical reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in the 1C 8.3 accounting software.
• Ability to read and write Russian.
