AI Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect to design, build, and deploy robust, scalable AI systems for Fortune‑500 clients. The role focuses on generative AI models, autonomous agents, and operator‑based workflows using cutting‑edge frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, architect, and launch AI solutions, including generative models and AI agents.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing business and data infrastructures.
• Evaluate and adopt Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks such as LangChain, Flowise, and RAGflow.
• Design data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and indexing.
• Implement vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge‑base indexing.
• Develop prompt‑engineering and response‑validation mechanisms, including RLHF where applicable.
• Build autonomous agent‑based solutions and operator‑driven flows.
• Ensure scalability, security, and MLOps/DevOps best practices.
• Uphold responsible AI principles: transparency, fairness, privacy, and ethics.
• Communicate AI strategies to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software development and solution architecture experience.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise‑scale AI solutions.
• Deep understanding of generative AI and large language models.
• Hands‑on experience with prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, and RLHF.
• Expertise in RAG frameworks (LangChain, Flowise, RAGflow) and autonomous AI agents.
• Familiarity with indexing and semantic search technologies (e.g., Pinecone).
• Knowledge of AI ethics, governance, and responsible AI practices.
