Architect – Design & Project Coordination

About the role

The Architect will join SHHOLDING’s multidisciplinary team in Yerevan, contributing to the full lifecycle of built‑environment projects – from concept to operation. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on creating high‑quality, functional, and sustainable architectural solutions while collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and construction crews.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed construction documents.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and visualisations using industry‑standard software.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and SHHOLDING’s quality standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural solutions into overall project workflows.
• Participate in site visits, respond to design queries, and support construction teams during execution.
• Monitor project timelines, quality benchmarks, and budget constraints to keep designs on schedule.
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders to align design intent with project goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM and digital integration processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Professional licensure or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and local regulations in Yerevan.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively on‑site and adapt to dynamic project demands.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with BIM workflows and digital integration tools.
