About the role
ClinChoice is seeking a motivated Associate, Regulatory Affairs to join its in‑house team on a permanent basis. You will support the preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers for medicinal products, medical devices, cosmetics, and food supplements, ensuring compliance with health authority requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with new applications, renewals, and variations for marketing authorisation.
- Prepare and submit product registration dossiers and respond to health authority queries.
- Coordinate and maintain accurate product registration information.
- Compile, track, index, and archive regulatory documentation.
- Define storage, labelling, and packaging requirements for regulated products.
- Create, update, review, and quality‑check product labels.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Biomedical Engineering) or related field.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong teamwork orientation and willingness to take on challenges.
