Junior Biomedical Device Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a junior specialist to join the team of our partner company. The role focuses on technical support, basic fault diagnosis and ensuring the operational readiness of biomedical devices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of biomedical devices according to timetables and checklists.
• Receive service requests, diagnose simple faults and carry out repairs.
• Inspect and replace batteries, lamps, sensors and wear parts.
• Escalate complex or warranty cases to senior engineers or external service providers.
• Move, connect and verify device functionality.
• Maintain computers, printers, barcode scanners and UPS units.
• Install and update software, provide basic technical support to users.
• Check network connections and resolve minor issues.

Required profile

• Technical or engineering education (in progress or completed).
• Interest in biomedical devices and technical systems.
• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering, electronics or computer technology.
• Ability to analyse and solve technical problems.
• Responsible, detail‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Capability to work with technical documentation and instructions.
• Basic English proficiency is desirable.
