B2B Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a B2B Sales Specialist to expand our partner network and drive B2B sales for a well‑established tourism company. The role focuses on acquiring new local and international partners such as travel agencies, corporate clients, and industry collaborators.

Key responsibilities

• Actively search for and recruit new B2B partners.
• Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and use other prospecting tools.
• Organise meetings, negotiate terms, and present service offerings.
• Prepare and send commercial proposals.
• Maintain regular follow‑up and nurture partner relationships.
• Manage partner data and sales processes in a CRM system.
• Achieve defined sales and partnership development KPIs.
• Develop international market segments, including Arab, Chinese, and Indian markets.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management.
• Proven track record of actively acquiring new customers or partners.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Experience with cold outreach and follow‑up processes.
• Fluent in Armenian, Russian and English.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems.
• Independent, proactive, results‑oriented.
• Experience in the tourism sector is a plus.

• Office location on Parpetsi Street, Yerevan.
• Full‑time office‑based role.
• 5‑day work week plus a half‑day on Saturday.
• Salary of 200,000–250,000 AMD per month with a bonus scheme.
