Business Development & Partnerships Partner – Commission Based

About the role

We are looking for a Growth & Partnerships Partner to help Sunny Academy expand internationally. This commission‑based, entrepreneurial role focuses on identifying opportunities, building relationships and delivering measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop partnerships with schools, universities, companies, creators, affiliates and other relevant organisations.
• Explore B2B and B2C growth opportunities and bring new users, customers and commercial partners to Sunny Academy.
• Design and manage affiliate, referral, influencer and distribution partnership programmes.
• Convert free tests and learning tools into user‑acquisition funnels and test new acquisition channels.
• Lead outreach, negotiate agreements and manage partner relationships from first contact to signed contract.
• Improve positioning, offers, landing pages and conversion funnels based on performance data.
• Track registrations, customers, partnerships and revenue generated by each activity and scale successful channels.

Required profile

• Think like a founder or business partner, taking initiative without detailed instructions.
• Ability to independently identify and approach potential partners.
• Experience or strong understanding of business development, partnerships, marketing or sales.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable testing ideas quickly and evaluating results.
• Interest in AI, EdTech, online education or digital products.
