Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to act as the primary bridge between our Armenian team and external partners. The role blends day‑to‑day operational support with involvement in new initiatives that shape the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture partner relationships, providing operational assistance as needed.
• Coordinate and manage workflows between internal departments and partner organisations.
• Participate in the launch of new projects, products and services in the Armenian market.
• Offer consulting support to cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Design and roll out partner programmes, including new payment methods, financial support schemes, special commercial offers and other strategic projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, partner relations, operations or project management.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking, able to build arguments backed by data.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and respectful approach to partners and colleagues.
• Fluency in Armenian and Russian.
• Bonus: background in a large technology company or consulting.
