Sales Manager – B2B Fintech & Payments (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive B2B sales and develop partnerships in the fintech and payments sector. The role involves working with international clients, managing the full sales cycle, and contributing to the growth of a fast‑paced, scaling fintech company. This position is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing and transaction activation.
• Develop and close international B2B deals in payments, crypto processing, and related fintech areas.
• Generate and maintain a strong pipeline using inbound leads, outbound outreach, and professional networks.
• Manage multi‑stakeholder sales processes across different markets.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to create new business opportunities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales role such as Sales Manager, SDR, or Business Development Representative.
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, crypto, Forex, e‑commerce, or IT.
• Experience working with international clients and handling multi‑market sales cycles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to produce sales reporting and forecasting.
