Business Development Specialist

About the role

GreenData, a leading Data & AI consulting firm and Salesforce Tableau Partner, is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to help expand its client base. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating qualified leads, and building relationships across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers across multiple sectors.
• Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, email campaigns, phone calls, networking and other outreach channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and conduct initial outreach to introduce GreenData’s services.
• Qualify leads, understand customer needs and business challenges.
• Organize and schedule meetings between prospects and GreenData’s management team.
• Maintain accurate prospect records and activity logs in the CRM system.
• Follow up consistently with leads throughout the sales cycle.
• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on lead‑generation campaigns and events.
• Represent GreenData professionally at meetings, webinars and business events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Confidence speaking with executives and decision‑makers.
• Fluent in Armenian and English; Russian is an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to learn.
• Previous sales or business‑development experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
