About the role
Pullman Living and Residences Yerevan is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the technical execution of a high‑end residential development. You will work closely with international consultants and vendors, ensuring layout coordination, clash prevention, and alignment with Accor standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the project from planning through handover.
- Coordinate design layouts and technical documentation.
- Ensure early alignment to prevent clashes across all systems.
- Provide technical input for the procurement team.
- Report technical progress and risks to top management.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven experience working with international teams and standards.
- Strong ability in layout coordination and clash prevention.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and other Autodesk tools.
- Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Jira (a plus).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
