Consumer & Trade Activation Specialist

About the role

The Consumer & Trade Activation Specialist will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of offline consumer and trade engagement programs. You will work across trade channels to strengthen brand equity and influence consumer choice while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Implement approved offline consumer and trade engagement programs according to the project plan.
• Monitor program performance, track investment, and produce timely reports and post‑activation evaluations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align activation mechanics and execution plans.
• Supervise production and delivery of marketing materials, ensuring quality and on‑time delivery.
• Complete all documentation processes in line with company policies and compliance requirements.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations at mid‑project and final stages.
• Prepare briefs, coordinate execution, and monitor performance of third‑party agencies and suppliers.

Required profile

• University degree (or final‑year student).
• Minimum 1 year experience in Consumer & Trade Marketing; sales or field experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Armenian, English and Russian.
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive team player with a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
