Corporate Products Formulation Support Manager

About the role

The Corporate Products Formulation Support Manager will join AyDi Bank’s Institutional Business and Cooperation Division in Yerevan. The role focuses on analysing corporate client transactions, monitoring product performance, and providing continuous support to both existing and new corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct analyses of corporate client banking transactions, business relationships, and profitability.
• Monitor and control corporate product delivery in line with internal legal regulations.
• Organise and resolve inquiries and issues raised by corporate clients, ensuring ongoing support.
• Support sales processes through performance calculations and analytical reporting.
• Collaborate with internal divisions to contribute to the launch of new corporate products and the enhancement of existing ones.
• Develop and respond to queries from financial monitoring and other departments regarding corporate client transactions.
• Prepare internal analytical reports on corporate transactions and maintain information databases.

Required profile

• Higher professional education (university degree).
• 2‑3 years of banking experience.
• Proficiency in Armenian, English, and Russian.
• Knowledge of banking legislation and relevant legal acts.
• Strong initiative, prioritisation, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to multitask, attention to detail, and quick problem‑solving.
• Team‑oriented mindset with high sense of responsibility and business ethics.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with LSoft (considered an advantage).
• Data analysis capabilities.
