Corporate Travel Operations Specialist

About the role

Roundtrip is seeking a Corporate Travel Operations Specialist to manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements for premium corporate accounts and VIP travelers. The role combines client‑facing consulting with behind‑the‑scenes coordination to deliver seamless, high‑quality travel experiences worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for corporate accounts and VIP travelers, handling complex requests via email, phone, chat, or CRM.
• Provide expert travel consulting, tailoring flight, hotel, transfer and premium service solutions to meet business needs.
• Execute bookings through Roundtrip’s online platform and directly with global suppliers, covering hotels, DMCs, rail, ferries, cruises and airlines.
• Negotiate rates and terms with hotels, airlines and service partners to secure optimal agreements for corporate clients.
• Manage the full booking lifecycle, including confirmations, virtual‑card payments, vouchers, changes, cancellations and refunds.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Online Support, Finance, Product, Sales and Account Management to ensure operational excellence.
• Monitor performance against SLAs, resolve operational issues and proactively escalate incidents.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business travel management, TMC or DMC environments, delivering premium corporate service.
• Deep knowledge of hotel and airline operations and global destination management.
• Upper‑intermediate (B2+) proficiency in English and Italian.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with demanding corporate clients and suppliers.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple complex requests accurately.
