Cost Optimisation Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Cost Optimisation Product Manager to turn our partner cost‑optimisation operations into a self‑sustaining product. You will own the product from discovery through delivery, replacing manual processes with automated solutions that increase profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, prioritisation, specifications, delivery and iteration.
• Map existing manual operations (analytics, escalations, write‑offs, refunds, chargebacks) and design product solutions to eliminate them.
• Build automated flows that surface cost‑reduction opportunities in real‑time and resolve partner issues without human intervention.
• Define and track metrics such as cost per partner, manual task volume, resolution time and rev‑share trends.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and data teams, write clear specs, unblock development and maintain the roadmap.
• Identify and integrate tooling (CRM automation, reporting pipelines, workflow engines) to reduce manual overhead.
• Deliver a long‑term roadmap with measurable financial impact.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1) and Russian (C1); additional languages such as Spanish or Mandarin are a strong advantage.
• Proven product‑management experience delivering internal tools, automation platforms or operational products.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into hypotheses and validate them.
• Experience working with partner networks, marketplace operations or vendor‑management workflows as a product owner.
• Background in finance, billing or cost optimisation is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Google Sheets and data‑tooling capabilities.
• Experience with CRM automation and workflow‑engine integration.
