Customer Care Specialist – Korean Language

About the role

ArctX Solution is seeking a Korean‑speaking Customer Care Specialist to join its support team. You will be the primary point of contact for Korean‑language clients, handling inquiries, complaints, and providing a friendly, empathetic experience across multiple shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Explain service terms and conditions to new and existing clients.
• Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries via live chat and other channels.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints with decisive action.
• Report website bugs or technical issues to the appropriate departments.
• Communicate updates, changes, or new features to clients.
• Share relevant information with colleagues throughout the work cycle.
• Collaborate closely with CRM and Risk Management teams to ensure high‑quality service.
• Assist in training teammates on daily tasks and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Korean language proficiency – TOPIK 3 or higher.
• English proficiency – B2 level or higher.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and work under pressure.
