Customer Service Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent to join our multi‑shift call centre. You will interact with customers through a variety of digital channels, providing accurate information about our products, services and campaigns while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, chat, email and social‑media inquiries.
• Provide customers with up‑to‑date data on new and existing services or promotional campaigns.
• Record customer problems and requests accurately in the system.
• Verify subscriber information and maintain strict confidentiality of customer data.
• Follow company standards and procedures for customer service.

Required profile

• Willingness and ability to work any of the four shift patterns, including night shifts 2–3 times per month.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• High stress tolerance, adaptability to change and quick learning capability.

Required skills

• Fluency in Armenian; good knowledge of Russian and English is a plus.
