About the role

We are looking for a Call Center Support Specialist to work night shifts for Ardshinbank. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting bank products and providing customers with accurate information.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to sell bank products and perform reminder calls.
• Prepare monthly sales reports.
• Provide clarifications to branch staff and maintain customer records in the communication centre.
• Deliver necessary information about banking services via phone and online channels.
• Handle customer complaints, applications and provide advisory support.
• Execute authorised bank transactions when sufficient basis and authority are present.
• Perform additional tasks defined by internal legal acts, decisions and orders.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in the financial‑banking sector within the last three years.
• Higher education degree.
• Proficiency in Armenian (excellent), Russian (good) and English (good).
• Understanding of bank services and sales principles.
