Customer Support Specialist

About the role

Buymie is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join its team in Armenia. You will be the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels, helping them with orders, deliveries, refunds, vouchers and other service‑related issues. The role requires close collaboration with Operations, Live Ops, Shopper Support, Product and Engineering to ensure fast and effective problem resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer conversations across support channels, delivering timely and accurate assistance.
• Resolve queries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, refunds, vouchers, gift cards and other service issues.
• Monitor live orders when needed and proactively support customers facing problems.
• Investigate concerns and escalate technical, operational or complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate ticket records and ensure clear handovers.
• Follow company procedures, privacy requirements and support quality standards.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve processes and tools.
• Assist with additional CX and operational tasks as required.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years of experience in customer support, e‑commerce, logistics or a similar field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Calm and professional when handling complaints or challenging situations.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work evening shifts and weekends.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
