About the role

VBET is looking for a multilingual Customer Support Specialist to join its fast‑paced support team. You will assist bettors and gamers by handling inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing information about the platform, promotions and payments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer service via online chat and phone calls.
• Follow up with users to ensure technical problems are fully resolved.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to find appropriate solutions.
• Provide detailed information on website navigation, procedures, payment methods and promotional offers.

Required profile

• Strong command of English; additional foreign languages are a major advantage.
• Enjoy solving a variety of problems and supporting customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Curiosity about digital products and online betting applications.
• Excellent communication, organization and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
