Data Analyst

About the role

Wirestock is looking for a Data Analyst to join its Data Platform team. You will work at the heart of the product and operational infrastructure, turning large‑scale raw data into actionable insights that support product, content operations, partnerships, and executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex, high‑volume datasets to extract insights that guide product and operational decisions.
• Build, maintain, and optimise dashboards and visualisations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to understand data needs and design reporting solutions.
• Identify patterns, detect anomalies, and flag potential data‑quality issues.
• Assist in designing and improving data pipelines and reporting processes.
• Support the definition and tracking of key performance indicators across business functions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain data insights to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience working with large datasets and building scalable reporting solutions.
• Previous experience in a data platform or data‑infrastructure environment is preferred.

Required skills

• SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Data‑visualisation and BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Looker.
• Python or other scripting languages for data analysis.
• Solid understanding of data structures, statistics, and basic analytical methods.
