Data Analyst

About the role

Siemens EDA is seeking a Data Analyst to strengthen its analytics platform and support global customer support operations. You will turn large, complex data sets into actionable insights that improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reports that drive operational excellence.
• Manipulate and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers.
• Design and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines, from ingestion through transformation, storage, and refresh scheduling.
• Develop robust data models (star/snowflake schemas, semantic layers) and ensure consistent metric definitions.
• Collaborate with global support teams to understand needs and create data‑driven solutions.
• Build interfaces and applications for data access, user management, and control.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt modern programming, analytics, and machine‑learning technologies.

Required profile

• BS/MS degree with at least 5 years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, data engineering or related fields.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Strong communication skills and experience working across cultures and seniority levels.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

• AI development tools and Copilot integration
• Cloud platforms and data pipeline orchestration
• Experience with MS Fabric and Snowflake (preferred)
