Data Technology Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Data Technology Consultant to define and operationalize a robust data product framework. You will shape the definition of data products, establish governance models, and design scalable workflows that enable teams across the organization to ingest, publish, and manage data assets confidently.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a practical definition of a "data product" tailored to the organization’s context.
• Design and implement a transparent ownership model with clear accountability for each data product.
• Set documentation standards, quality benchmarks, and validation requirements for all data products.
• Document end‑to‑end procedures for data ingestion, product creation, and secure publishing.
• Create repeatable, user‑friendly workflows and discoverability mechanisms such as searchable catalogs and metadata tagging.
• Establish baseline access‑control principles and scalable data‑quality management practices.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and a lightweight governance cadence to embed best practices.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in data‑focused consulting or operations.
• Proven background in data governance, data management, or data product operations.
• Ability to define and operationalize frameworks and workflows in dynamic environments.
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills, with a focus on translating complex concepts into clear guidance.
