Director of Private Wealth Management

About the role

The Director of Private Wealth Management will build and lead Sirius Capital’s private‑wealth business from the ground up. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will shape strategy, grow assets under management, and cultivate relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate clients across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the department’s strategic direction, business‑development priorities and growth targets.
• Own the P&L, AUM growth, revenue, client‑acquisition and active‑account objectives.
• Originate, develop and maintain long‑term relationships with HNWIs, entrepreneurs, business owners and institutional clients.
• Design and continuously improve the private‑client service model, segmentation framework, investment offering and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Recruit, lead, develop and retain a high‑performing team of advisors, relationship managers and sales professionals.
• Set performance objectives, KPIs and incentive structures for the department.
• Drive cross‑border business development across Armenia, the CIS, the GCC and Europe.
• Collaborate with investment, trading, compliance, operations and other functions to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Ensure full compliance with Central Bank of Armenia regulations, KYC/AML standards and internal policies.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, brokerage, investment banking or corporate banking.
• Proven track record managing relationships with HNWIs and/or major corporate clients.
• Demonstrated team‑leadership and people‑management experience.
• Strong commercial record in client acquisition, revenue generation and AUM growth.
• Comprehensive understanding of capital markets and sophisticated client needs.
