eCommerce Business Analyst & Project Coordinator

About the role

Mirantis is seeking an eCommerce Business Analyst & Project Coordinator to own the health of its Webstore and marketplace listings across AWS and Azure. You will bridge product, engineering, and finance teams to ensure accurate, timely, and automated commerce operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day accuracy, availability, and completeness of Mirantis listings on the Webstore, AWS Marketplace, and Azure Marketplace.
• Coordinate product onboarding, updates, deprecations, pricing, SKUs, entitlements, and media assets across all channels.
• Manage private‑offer workflows end‑to‑end, including initiation, approval, fulfillment, and hand‑off to Customer Success.
• Run sprint planning, status meetings, and asynchronous stand‑ups; track initiatives in Jira and surface blockers early.
• Author and maintain RAID logs, decision records, and stakeholder updates throughout delivery.
• Define and execute UAT cycles, create test cases, assign testers, consolidate results, and own sign‑off.
• Identify repetitive workflows and lead automation using AI tools such as Claude Enterprise.
• Elicit, document, and validate functional requirements; produce BRDs, user stories, process maps, and data‑flow diagrams.
• Map end‑to‑end data flows across the commerce stack (Webstore → NetSuite ERP → AWS/Azure metering APIs) and propose integration solutions.
• Produce weekly and monthly status reports for leadership, finance, and sales.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in eCommerce operations and marketplace ecosystems.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional projects, manage timelines, and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience documenting requirements and creating actionable artifacts for engineering and QA teams.
