Field Sales Specialist – B2B Healthcare SaaS

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Specialist to drive outbound clinic onboarding and field sales for our B2B healthcare SaaS platform in Yerevan. The role combines on‑site client visits with product demonstrations and offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped performance incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field visits, in‑person meetings and product presentations to private clinics, medical centers and other healthcare providers across Yerevan.
• Run live software demos for clinic managers, reception staff and practice owners.
• Build, track and manage a field pipeline from initial cold visit to signed contract.
• Onboard new clinics onto the DocCliq platform and ensure a smooth initial setup.
• Report weekly on field metrics, clinic feedback and closed partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B field sales, direct outreach or business development.
• Preferably background in the medical, healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
• Fluent Armenian and good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and conduct daily face‑to‑face clinic visits.
