Financial Operations Specialist

About the role

Join Blackmar, a FinTech startup building AI‑powered wealth management solutions, as a Financial Operations Specialist. You will support the ARQA platform by managing investment portfolios, processing transactions, and ensuring data accuracy for clients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain investment portfolios and perform periodic checks of investment reports.
• Review, process, and gather investment transactions and documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Administer transactions, ensuring client records are up to date.
• Conduct portfolio and account reconciliation.
• Participate in user testing and collect feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product management to identify and document financial operations needs.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Work experience in finance, asset management, fintech or related areas is a plus.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments.
• Excellent communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
