Full-Stack Software Engineer (AI‑native)

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Software Engineer to join our AI‑native product team. You will work on a production AI companion where users interact with an avatar via video, voice, or text. The stack includes a self‑hosted LLM stack, Supabase, Stripe, a React/TypeScript front‑end, and an iOS app with OTA updates.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end tickets across the stack: React/TypeScript UI, Supabase edge functions, PostgreSQL migrations, and LLM pipelines.
• Implement and optimise the LLM request path, including streaming handlers, prompt assembly, RAG retrieval, and guard‑model integration.
• Integrate third‑party services for video avatars, voice, Stripe billing, and iOS OTA delivery.
• Use AI agents as primary implementation force‑multipliers: brief, run, review, and iterate on agent‑generated code.
• Maintain and extend agent rules, skills, and tooling to ensure deterministic, verifiable output.

Required profile

• Strong experience building full‑stack applications with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Comfortable delegating work to AI agents and reviewing their output critically.
• Ability to design and maintain robust, production‑grade pipelines for LLM‑driven features.
• Proactive mindset for improving developer tooling and workflow automation.
