About the role

This position offers light‑duty garden and property maintenance for a married couple on a private estate in Armenia. The owners are rarely on‑site, providing a peaceful, low‑pressure environment with accommodation and meals included. Working hours are flexible, typically 2–4 active hours per day across 26 days each month.

Key responsibilities

Garden upkeep, including lawn mowing and plant care
Basic property repairs and routine maintenance
Cleaning of outdoor areas, pathways and surrounding spaces
General caretaking duties as required

Required profile

Married couple (husband and wife) only
Basic maintenance and cleaning ability
Basic English proficiency preferred
Valid passport

Required skills

On‑site residential accommodation
Food provided daily
Salary of AMD 156,000 per person per month (≈₹40,560)
Overtime rate of AMD 6,000 per day
Combined earning potential of ~₹81,000 per month for the couple
Flexible schedule with 26 working days per month
