About the role

REGAGRO is seeking a dedicated Representative to lead the Sheep Farming division across several Eurasian markets. The role involves building a partner network, driving e‑commerce sales, and promoting digital livestock identification solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and train agents and partners to create a scalable sales channel in the assigned country.
• Develop and manage e‑commerce presence on local marketplaces and the company’s online platforms.
• Conduct market research, engage large farms and strategic clients, and represent REGAGRO at industry events.
• Introduce REGAGRO’s RFID‑based E‑Passport and other digital solutions to the sheep farming sector.
• Collect market feedback and relay insights to the product team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sheep farming or a related livestock sector.
• Track record of building sales or new business lines from scratch.
• Residency in one of the target countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan) with deep knowledge of the local market.
• Fluency in the local language and Russian.
• Established professional network within the livestock industry is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Knowledge of RFID technology and digital livestock identification systems.
• Experience in B2B sales, negotiation and partnership management.
