Global Corporate Sales Manager

About the role

Emerging Travel Group (ETG) is seeking a Global Corporate Sales Manager for its Roundtrip brand, which serves corporate travel clients. The role is remote and focuses on expanding the partner network, driving sales, and building long‑term relationships across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales activities to meet growth targets in the assigned territory.
• Onboard new corporate partners, provide system training, and manage the account until the first purchase.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
• Prepare, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, including documentation and technical setup.
• Travel up to 30% of the time for client meetings, industry events, and business trips.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis and report regularly through CRM and internal tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of successful sales management or business development experience in B2B travel companies.
• Deep knowledge of the regional travel market and corporate client needs.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Proactive, ambitious, results‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑changing environment.
• International mindset and ability to work across diverse cultural contexts.
