Showroom Sales Manager

About the role

Vanitar LLC is a leading distributor of premium European interior and architectural brands in Armenia. The Showroom Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within the showroom, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and design professionals, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage showroom sales and daily client interactions
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and other professionals
• Understand project requirements and recommend appropriate interior solutions
• Present and communicate Vanitar’s product portfolio professionally
• Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales
• Follow up on leads, projects, and ongoing opportunities
• Develop long‑term client and professional relationships
• Work toward sales targets and maintain accurate sales records
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and project follow‑up
• Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom environment

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in premium retail, interiors, architecture, furniture, or a related field
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer‑service and relationship‑building abilities
• Commercially minded with a results‑oriented approach
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills
• Genuine interest in interior design, architecture, and premium products
• Professional appearance and confident communication
• Fluent Armenian and English; Russian is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
