Head of International Logistics Division

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Head of International Logistics Division to lead our international freight transportation operations, ensure team performance and drive continuous development of logistics services.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily logistics team operations.
• Develop and optimise logistics processes and monitor transportation efficiency, costs and profitability.
• Manage the full operational cycle of LTL/groupage transportation from Europe to Armenia.
• Organise cooperation with international partners, carriers, agents and warehouses.
• Prepare transport calculations, quotations and handle inquiries.
• Review and monitor transport and customs documentation (CMR, AWB, BL, Invoice, Packing List, EX1/T1, etc.) and resolve customs delays.
• Collaborate with sales, accounting, customs and other stakeholders throughout the logistics process.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in international freight forwarding, preferably with LTL/groupage operations Europe‑Armenia.
• University degree.
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent decision‑making and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in Armenian, Russian and English.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of Incoterms.
• Expertise in Armenian and international customs clearance procedures.
• Understanding of road transportation and cargo consolidation processes.
• Experience managing LTL/groupage transportation operations.
• Familiarity with European partner and warehouse networks.
