Head of People Analytics

About the role

SoftConstruct, a global technology company specializing in iGaming and digital platform solutions headquartered in Armenia, is looking for an experienced, data-driven Head of People Analytics to lead its strategic workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives. The role aligns talent strategy with business goals through advanced analytics, forecasting and performance insights, and builds a team that partners with HR, Finance, Strategy and Business Unit leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic workforce planning, aligning headcount forecasts with business plans, market trends and organizational goals
• Develop analytical models to project future talent needs across geographies and functions
• Design and manage headcount normalization frameworks based on task complexity, process volumes and service levels
• Build tools and processes to monitor employee workload, productivity and utilization
• Deliver insights on resource efficiency to support staffing and budgeting decisions
• Assess organizational structure effectiveness and recommend optimal team configurations
• Partner with HR, Finance and Strategy teams to embed analytics into org design, budgeting and transformation projects
• Present findings to senior executives and contribute to company-wide performance reviews
• Build and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring quality, consistent methodology and stakeholder collaboration

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, strategic HR or management consulting
• Experience in organizational design, operating model assessment or HR transformation
• Fluent Russian and English; additional languages are a plus

Required skills

• Data modeling, predictive analytics and headcount optimization
• Advanced Excel, Power BI or similar analytics tools
• SQL, Python or R is a plus
