About the role
The Staffing Guild, an HR consulting firm operating in the UK and India, is looking for a passionate HR Intern. This is a learning opportunity designed to help people become freelance recruiters, working with the global Talent Community on recruitment and headhunting. The internship lasts 6 months, requires 6-10 hours per week and carries no stipend.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews
- Post and manage job openings on job boards and social media platforms
- Take part in other HR-related projects and tasks as assigned by the team
Required profile
- Interest or exposure to HR, recruitment and learning and development
- Ability to multi-task and manage several recruitment processes
- A learning mindset
