HR Generalist

About the role

As an HR Generalist at PFMProp Firm Match Global, you will shape a consistent and human‑focused employee journey for a fully remote, multicultural team. You will translate People practices into reliable processes that support onboarding, feedback, performance foundations, and accurate record‑keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate pre‑boarding activities, agreements, account creation and first‑day readiness.
• Conduct HRIS walkthroughs and facilitate first‑day welcome activities.
• Schedule and document week‑one and month‑one check‑ins, track manager actions and resolve onboarding gaps.
• Manage probation reviews, three‑month feedback, appraisal inputs and salary‑review workflows.
• Prepare manager‑facing and employee‑facing review summaries, track approvals and update documentation.
• Support the design and implementation of job portfolios, KPI scorecards, compensation structures and performance‑management processes.
• Maintain clear ownership, timelines, dependencies and documentation as HR systems evolve.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR generalist functions, especially onboarding and performance management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple processes and ensure timely completion.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• HRIS (experience with any HR information system).
