Senior Recruiter – Remote Family Office

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for a private family office. This fully remote position works within a small, high‑performing team and focuses on sourcing talent for private household and lifestyle staff, finance, and legal consulting roles.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer acceptance.
• Proactively source and map candidates across household, finance, and legal domains.
• Maintain discreet communication with candidates, respecting the sensitivity of the UHNW environment.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for fit and role requirements.
• Partner with hiring stakeholders to define briefs and interview processes.
• Track pipeline health, flag risks, and manage offer negotiations.
• Ensure candidate and role data remain accurate and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Fluent in English and Russian, both spoken and written.
• Experience with family offices, concierge services, or travel/hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to source and map candidates independently.
• Strong judgment handling confidential information.
• Organised, capable of managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Self‑directed and comfortable working remotely within a small team.
