Hybrid Infrastructure Solution Sales Specialist

About the role

The Hybrid Infrastructure Solution Sales Specialist will promote hybrid data‑center solutions that combine traditional infrastructure with AI/HPC capabilities. You will translate customer challenges into structured projects, conduct discovery sessions, design architectures with engineering teams, and prepare commercial proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with clients to capture requirements for compute, storage, virtualization, data‑center networking, and AI/HPC workloads.
• Analyze existing customer infrastructure and identify growth opportunities.
• Select technology stacks and vendors, and define solution architecture together with architects.
• Develop high‑level solution concepts, project scope, and high‑level designs (HLD).
• Prepare technical sections of commercial offers, presentations, and business cases.
• Present and defend solutions to customers, discussing architecture and value.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to estimate effort and cost.
• Contribute to the development of standard solution offers.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in presales, solution sales, infrastructure projects, or IT consulting.
• Strong understanding of corporate IT and data‑center architectures.
• Ability to analyze customer environments and design scalable, resilient solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with enterprise clients.
