Implementation Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to guide our customers through the onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing to go‑live. You will work closely with multiple clients, helping them adopt our platform and achieve their business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during their implementation program.
• Prepare, update, and manage project management documentation and timelines.
• Keep all customers on track to meet agreed go‑live dates.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could delay implementation.
• Conduct live working sessions, demonstrating best practices and critical features.
• Collaborate with managers on escalations and at‑risk accounts.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to the platform and integrated applications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of relevant experience or background in the home‑service industry.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience troubleshooting software issues.
• Exceptional project‑management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent customer‑relationship capabilities.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models is a plus.

Required skills

• ServiceTitan software (or similar field‑service platform) proficiency.
