Inbound Tour Manager – Luxury Travel

About the role

Feel Armenia, a boutique Destination Management Company, is seeking an experienced Inbound Tour Manager to design and deliver high‑quality luxury travel experiences to Armenia. You will act as the trusted partner for international tour operators, guiding each journey from the first inquiry to the guest’s departure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound requests from international B2B partners.
• Design tailor‑made itineraries and customized travel programs.
• Prepare accurate costings, proposals, and timelines.
• Coordinate hotels, guides, transportation, experiences, and local suppliers.
• Oversee operational execution before and during trips.
• Ensure seamless communication and service delivery that meets luxury standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inbound tourism or DMC operations.
• Strong understanding of international B2B travel workflows.
• Excellent command of English (additional languages a plus).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Genuine passion for Armenia’s culture, history, and landscapes.
