About the role

We are looking for a qualified lawyer to join our team and support a variety of business units in judicial, administrative and arbitration proceedings. The role offers exposure to diverse legal matters across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit administrative and judicial documents, including applications, claims, complaints and other procedural paperwork.
• Provide internal legal advice to various subsidiaries and their departments on administrative and litigation issues.
• Conduct legal research and analysis, including study of case law and preparation of conclusions.
• Draft letters, pre‑claims and other documents to resolve disputes before court.
• Represent the company in administrative hearings and protect legal rights and interests.
• Defend the company’s rights in civil, administrative and criminal court cases and appear before courts.

Required profile

• Higher legal education with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Valid license for legal practice.
• Strong knowledge of Armenian civil, administrative and procedural codes and related legislation.
• Ability to use legal information systems, including electronic justice platforms.
• Analytical mindset, high responsibility, stress‑resilience and excellent time‑management.
• Team‑player with effective communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
