Attorney – Legal Consulting (Yerevan)

About the role

Poghosyan Legal Consulting is expanding its team and seeks an experienced Attorney to provide comprehensive legal services to clients in Yerevan. The role involves advising clients, drafting legal documents, and representing their interests before state bodies and courts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to clients and conduct thorough legal analysis.
• Draft contracts, statements of claim, complaints, applications, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in state bodies and all court instances.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.

Required profile

• Expertise in legal research, writing, and analysis of laws and regulations.
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
• Outstanding communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
• Familiarity with Armenian law, international legal frameworks, and in‑depth knowledge of administrative and civil law (RA Administrative Procedure Code, Civil Procedure Code, Civil Code).
• Fluency in Armenian; proficiency in English or Russian is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Work experience in administrative law and an advocate license are advantageous.
