About the role

The IT Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing support of the network, server, and digital infrastructure of the Tashir Arena complex and its associated facilities, including a hotel and event venues.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, administer and maintain Cisco Catalyst switches and Cisco Firepower firewalls, including security policies and access rules.
• Manage MikroTik routers, VLANs, routing, switching and network segmentation.
• Administer Ubiquiti UniFi Wi‑Fi, access points, switches and the UniFi Controller.
• Provide troubleshooting for network connectivity, performance and Internet services.
• Maintain physical and virtual servers, VMware ESXi/vSphere environments, Windows Server and Linux systems.
• Deploy, monitor and maintain virtual machines and storage resources.
• Administer Hikvision/HikCentral video surveillance, NVR servers, IP cameras and access‑control systems (Face ID terminals, turnstiles).
• Support hotel IT infrastructure, including PMS Shelter, LAN, Ubiquiti Wi‑Fi, IP telephony and workstations.
• Provide technical support for ticketing (Kinoplan/Premier), POS, fiscal equipment and payment systems.
• Maintain digital signage and LED screen infrastructure, SmartPlayer media players and related network equipment.
• Administer corporate email, DNS and domain services via Cloudflare.
• Monitor servers, network devices, cameras and critical services; perform backups and maintain technical documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, integrators and service providers; plan and execute infrastructure maintenance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in network and server infrastructure administration.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional IT teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for complex technical incidents.
