Junior Administrative Specialist

About the role

ARDY Academy is seeking an energetic and well‑organized Junior Administrative Specialist to support prospective students throughout the enrollment journey. The role combines relationship building, admissions coordination, and ongoing student assistance to enhance the overall learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with applicants via phone, email, and social media to guide them toward suitable courses.
• Coordinate the enrollment and admissions process, providing clear information on procedures, tuition, schedules, and learning formats.
• Prepare classrooms and ensure all required documentation is maintained before courses start.
• Collect and organize feedback to understand student needs and suggest improvements.
• Maintain regular communication with students, answering questions promptly throughout their studies.
• Organize campus tours, open‑house events, and other activities that create a positive first impression.
• Enter and update applicant and student data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Support administrative processes related to admissions, onboarding, and day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in the education sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Armenian, with at least intermediate English and Russian.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and responsible attitude.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively within a team.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a CRM system for data entry and management.
